We promised big things to come for PhoneBurner in 2022, and the year is off to a strong start. After launching Local ID connection reporting in January, our team has been hard at work behind the scenes to deliver some exciting updates for February.
The primary focus has been on expanding our inbound solution, but this month’s update has features across the entire product to help your team. Check it out.
Manual Webhooks
In addition to automated webhooks, which send information based on disposition clicks, you can send contact details manually as well. Set up a manual webhook in integration settings, then trigger it via the "Actions" dropdown in a contact record or dial session.
Inbound Call Transfer
The same experience for transferring outbound calls during your dial sessions is now available for inbound calls.
Coming Soon: Named Dial Sessions
We'll soon be adding naming functionality for dial sessions to make it easy to locate and resume unfinished sessions. You'll see your sessions in the Call History tab, and can resume a session in a few clicks.
